Real World Application: Do you feel that businesses are sometimes held liable for instances simply because they sustain the resources in the form of assets and insurance to pay retribution even though it seems obvious the accuser should have acted within reasonable boundaries? At what point should a consumer be held accountable for acting in a prudent manner.
