Final Project Proposal

By the end of this unit, please submit a 1 page Final Research Project proposal. The Final Research Project proposal should include a brief overview of the company (its business objectives, its staff size and organization, etc.), the process or design you intend to use to gather and analyze your research information, and your plans for analyzing your data and developing your recommendations.

Remember that the subject of your paper is recruitment/staffing/talent management practices, policies, and functions, not the company whose practices you are studying. Concentrate on the human resource practices, policies, and functions, not the mission, strategic plans, and performance of the company.

If possible, interview a high level HR professional at this company to learn not only about the organization’s HR policies and practices, but also to obtain their viewpoint on the major concerns for HR in the upcoming decade.
